Steven Ross, Director of Corporate Development

As Director of Corporate Development, Steven is responsible for the day-to-day operations, leadership and strategy across Hightower Communications, Inc. Steven has been instrumental in developing Hightower’s business structure and foundation for future growth. In addition, he plays an active role alongside the senior management team in decision-making and guiding the overall direction of Hightower Communications.

Steven joined Hightower Communications in 2008 and was tasked with establishing and growing the South Carolina office for Hightower. Starting the SC division in his garage and climbing towers daily to establish clientele, Steven grew the SC office within a few short years. In 2014, Steven was promoted from SC Operations Manager to COO and moved to the corporate office of Hightower Communications in La Grange, NC.

Steven began his career in the wireless industry in 1998 as a wireless technician for SunCom Wireless in South Carolina. Within a few years, he worked his way up to Operations Manager for SunCom, leading all field operations in South Carolina.
